Our leadership team is composed of the Country Manager and the area managers or department heads. Their primary role is to define the company’s strategy and identify both the internal and external needs of the organization.

This area is comprised of the Quality, Logistics, and Trade units. These teams are responsible for managing the sales, exports, and imports of green coffee, as well as verifying the quality of coffee purchased and sold. They oversee detailed logistics and documentation processes, ensuring proper follow-up on both domestic and international transactions.
