During April, at F.J. Orlich & Hnos. Ltda. and CAFINTER – ECOM’s operation in Costa Rica, we carried out an activity focused on water care and environmental conservation.

At our La Giorgia mill in Palmares, Alajuela, we produced biological clay spheres using Effective Microorganisms (EM) technology, which help improve water quality in rivers through bioremediation.

The activity included the participation of institutions such as the Municipality of Palmares, PANI, the Red Cross, Fundación Madre Verde, among others, along with employees and their families.
